What Bargy is

Bargy is a marketplace and negotiation agent. Bargy negotiates within discount ranges that merchants set, then registers the agreed deal and passes it to the merchant. The sale contract is between you and the merchant. Bargy is not the seller.

Shoppers

Negotiated offers are non-binding until you confirm. After you confirm, the merchant completes the order through their checkout, by email, or through their systems. Product availability, delivery, returns, and service quality are the merchant's responsibility. Demo stores are clearly labelled and never ship real orders.

Merchants

You agree to honour deals that Bargy negotiates within the discount range you set, and to keep catalog data, prices, and discount codes accurate. Bargy is free to list on during the beta. You may pause or delete your listing at any time.

Liability

Bargy is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, Bargy is not liable for indirect damages or for merchants' acts or omissions.
